This pilot gives one recurring inquiry process a defined route from arrival to completion.
A new Google Form collects a name, email, and request. Incomplete records are held for review.
Valid inquiries become tasks with one configured owner and next action. Due dates follow an elapsed-hour rule: 24 hours by default. Replays don’t create another task.
An hourly check prepares at most one overdue reminder per task for the owner. Email starts off. Closing a task cancels a pending reminder.
This demo runs the shared pilot logic in your browser. It does not connect to Google, send emails, or save your samples to a server.

A useful test: add a sample, replay it, advance the clock, then close the task. Watch the task count and reminder queue.
We agree on the inquiry, the task, and the overdue rule before building. The result is a small system in your Google account, with a test and a clear handoff.

No. This page demonstrates the shared workflow logic with synthetic records. Installation creates a new three-field Google Form and task sheet in your account, with your permission. The installed sheet adds the configured owner and next action; those fields are not shown in this browser demo.
The logic holds it for review rather than creating an incomplete task. A changed replay of an existing inquiry is also flagged, so it cannot silently overwrite the original task.
No. The demo only prepares local reminder records. The installed workflow checks hourly and starts with email switched off. If enabled after setup and testing, it sends at most one overdue reminder per task to the configured owner. It never emails the customer.
This price covers one new Google Form, one task sheet, one configured owner and next action, and one reminder rule. Adapting an existing form or adding channels, tools, or workflows requires a separate scope.
The pilot is $350 USD once, with no Lumina subscription. We confirm scope, account readiness and an installation window in writing before payment. Setup begins after the agreed access is available. One correction round covers differences from the agreed behavior; send a consolidated list within seven calendar days of handoff. Cancel before configuration starts for a full refund. After work starts, we pause and agree how to handle completed and undelivered work. If the agreed acceptance criteria cannot be met, we offer the included correction or a refund for the undelivered installation.
This is for a small inquiry list: up to 500 retained original responses or 1,000,000 characters of stored state, whichever limit is reached first. Long requests can reach the limit earlier. We agree on fit before payment. The owner closes tasks with individual checkboxes; sorting or editing generated task rows and bulk status changes require a different scope. Due intervals include nights and weekends. Google permissions and quotas must be checked in the actual account.
The interactive samples and brief stay in this page’s memory until you copy, download or share them. This page sends no brief or sample data to a server and uses no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider processes ordinary web requests to serve the page. If you choose to email a brief, it is handled through email for project assessment and delivery. Never include passwords, payment card information or sensitive customer records. Any payment is handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout.
